Hi device has been working fine for months. Just had it switched off for a couple of days and now it is not seeing external monitors and is giving the above error when plugged in.
I have tried it on a couple of laptops and am getting the same error on both, have tried uninstalling & updating display link drivers but still getting same error.
Thanks for reaching out to Plugable support and for joining our forums. Since you also sent us an email, I’ve followed up there with our DisplayLink cleanup steps and a request for PlugDebug logs to see if we can fix the issue you’re seeing or whether the device needs replacement.
I’ll update this post when we have more information on the resolution for this issue.
