Hi , I am using a USB-C docking station with my MBP and whenever I disconnect the MBP and reconnect it the second monitor doesnt come up. I need to reboot the dock and do other things to make it work again. My first monitor is connected via HDMI and second via DVI to the dock. Please assist.

We make several USB-C docks, but based on your description it sounds like you have our UD-ULTCDL is that correct? It has two HDMI ports - which one are you using?

Thankyou Josh. Yes that is the correct model. I tried on both the 2k and the 4k HDMI ports.

So both HDMI ports work OK, but the DVI port - your second monitor is the one with issues? Are you using a normal DVI to DVI cable or some kind of adapter?
What make and model monitor is being connected to the DVI port?
