USB-C Alternate Mode

Since my new laptop does not support the USB-C Alternate Mode, can I disable something so that I get normal HDMI/VGA?

Hi,

The two DisplayPort outputs rely on DisplayLink USB Graphics Technology and can be converted to support HDMI, DVI, or VGA using DisplayPort Graphics adapters, for example:

I am sorry, when connected to a computer without USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode capability this docking station can only support two displays connected to the DisplayPort outputs.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions, I am happy to help!
