USB-C 4K Dock does not recognize monitor in the HDMI port after reboot

Hi,

I have a samsung galaxy flex laptop and I have been using 2 monitors with the Plugable USB-C dock. I bought another USB-C 4K dock and I plugged in one of the monitors into the HDMI port. However, it does not recognize the monitor after a reboot. The docking station seems to be working. If I replug the monitor then it recognizes it ok. Can you help with this.
