USB Class 2 Bluetooth 4.0 adapter is causing the screen of my Windows 10 laptop to glitch every time the dongle is removed, installed, or during pairing sequence. I’ve updated the driver to 188.8.131.520 but these issues still occur. What should I do?

Since it happens during pairing, and not just when the adapter is being removed or installed, I suspect it is probably a driver or software issue.
Could you run our diagnostic program? It will gather driver information and logs that will help me understand what is happening.
To do this, please plug the adapter into your computer, then go to this page, and follow the instructions there:
