The device keep trying to get me to reinstall the Driver but I don’t have one

Thanks for reaching out and posting on our Get Satisfaction forums. I apologize for the issue you’re having, and would be happy to assist you. To better understand the issue and determine what steps we can take, I have a few questions for you:
- Which Plugable Product are you using?
- When are you seeing the error you mentioned (USB Audio Code 18)?
- If you can leave everything connected and run our debug tool, we should be able to get some idea of what’s going wrong. Could you run it and email the .zip it generates to support@plugable.com?
