Hello,
i have updated a customer PC to Windows 10.
After that the USB 2.0 UGA Multi-Display-Adapter dowsn ́t work anymore.
I have tried to install the latest driver 7.9 M7 but it says that the old driver couldn ́t be deinstalled. I also can not deinstall the driver manually, because the old driver msi seems to be in a folder, that doesn ́t exist anymore.
Is there another way to deinstall the driver or how can i install the new driver to get the adapter working again?
