USB 4.0 Bluetooth adapter into PRO8 Dockstation

I inserted a USB 4.0 Bluetooth adapter into PRO8 Dockstation but it doesn’t work. Is this just a limitation or is there something I can try to resolve this.

Hello Vic,

Which tablet are you using with your Pro8? Most tablets already have built in Bluetooth which would cause our adapter not to work until the built in adapter is disabled as two Bluetooth adapters on one computer cannot coexist at the same time.

Hi Josh, I am using the Lenovo mixx 8.it’s been known that the bluetooth chip is pretty crappy. I was able to disable the internal Bluetooth driver, rebooted and the external USB Bluetooth was properly recognized. thanks for the advice.
