USB 3.0 UGA multiple display adapter on Windows 7 not detected

I have an USB 3.0 UGA multiple display adapter on Windows 7 and after trying the driver on CD and the latest driver online 7.0 it started to work with the driver 7.0. But after I restarted the next day the adapter is not detected. I did unplug and replug and restart the computer with no success. What should I do ?

Hi George,

Thanks for posting here! I’m sorry to know about the trouble you are having. I apologize for the frustration caused.

Could you connect the Plugable USB3-HDMI-DVI to the system, run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli… ) and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com as an attachment along with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?

This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze the .zip, we can figure out the quickest steps to resolve the issue.

Regards,
Roze
