The second monitor display blanks to a black screen every 30-60 seconds for a fraction of a second.

Any ideas what could be causing this intermittent blanking?

Thanks for getting in contact with us. I’d be more than happy to help you with your Plugable USB3-HDMI-DVI display adapter. From just the description of the problem, it is either something related to the drivers or something related to the hardware. In order to narrow this down, I’ll need a bit of additional information.

Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at support@plugable.com.

Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with your setup.
