I just purchased your pluggable USB Ethernet adapter for my MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012) running 10.11.3. I’m using.Tera Grand - Premium CAT7 Double Shielded 10 Gigabit 600MHz Ethernet Patch Cable for Modem Router LAN Network - Built with Gold Plated & Shielded RJ45 to connect into my router. I downloaded your S/W and my computer recognizes the adapter, but I keep getting an error message saying I’m not making an ethernet connection. I’ve tried both ports and know they are working and I also know my router is working, but still can’t get a hardwired ethernet connection.
