USB 3.0 plug-in no sound

USB 3.0 working driver working, OK
USB 3.0 video driver working, OK
USB 3.0 audio driver working, OK

Audio back indicates Speakers Plugable Audio no plugged in.
I’ve been running running windows 10. The audio has seem to stop working. I’ve up dated the drivers with still no sound through plugable.

Thank you for the description of the issue and all of the variables you have checked. Based off of this, we will want to examine some log files to help determine if anything else could be impacting the audio portion of our dock. To help us do so please download and run our diagnostic utility PlugDebug --> http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug with everything connected. Please send us the file that is created on the Desktop by attaching it to an email to our direct support email address at support@plugable.com with ‘Ticket Number 157517’ in the subject line so we can match everything up. We will examine the logs and determine next steps from there.
