USB 3.0 Hub NIC not working only send no receive data

network card only send no receive.
Hub 3.0 9300 RevB - updated firmware 9095
tried different cable and network plug (fully tested and working on another computer)

Thanks for posting! I’m sorry one of the adapters has stopped working properly. I would be happy to help.
