USB 3.0 Ethernet Adapter Not working on win server 2003 R2 box

Aaron,

I have tried to install a plugable use 3.0 on a rebuilt win server 2003 R2 poweredge 2950. I installed from the CD and then plugged in the USB. Nothing happens except I get the unknown device listed in the device manager. when I try to manually load the driver it does not see it, I am running 32 bit.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Jay,

Thank you for posting about your USB3-E1000 adapter. I’m sorry it isn’t working for you.

We haven’t tested this adapter with Win Server 2003 R2, and we don’t have any drivers specifically for it. I’m not sure if it will work with any of the drivers for this adapter.

Could you please tell me which driver you are using?
