USB 3.0 Docking station ud-3900 Ethernet port not working

HI, My Plugable USB 3.0 ethernet port is not working.

Today, I followed the instructions to unplug the docking station from power, removed DisplayLink entries in Programs and Features, I downloaded and ran the Cleaner tool, I downloaded and installed the last drivers.

I plugged a backup device into the Ethernet port.

Under Network Connections Windows shows the device as “Unidentified Network”.

I see the green and amber lights blinking on the Plugable Ethernet port.

I’ve disabled and enabled the Ethernet Connection.

I’ve run the diagnostics.

I’ve manually set the IP address under Networking tab, Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).

Any other suggestions on what I can test or check?

Thanks, Ed
