I can’t get two external monitors to work with the USB 3.0 Dock with a Surface Laptop. In the past, I’ve had these monitors working with this dock and a Surface Pro.
Troubleshooting wise, I have followed the steps regarding deleting references to “DisplayLink” in the Add/Remove programs menu. I have also ran the removal tool and then reinstalled the latest drivers. Nevertheless, the monitors are not getting a signal via the Dock.

If you would, please keep the dock connected and both monitors attached (even thought they are not working) and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug ( http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug ) as this will allow us to examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.
