I purchased this docking station one year ago from today and noticed the ethernet port is not working. I’ve seen this problem com up a lot on your forums but I don’t see any solution in the threads.
I’ve tried different cables but have the same result. The device manager says the ethernet adapter is working properly but says it is not plugged in.
I’ve tried updating the drivers as well but no results.
Help is appreciated as this is the main reason I purchased this dock and after a year for it stop is not very reliable. Thanks.
