USB 3.0 display adapter not working. Icon doesn’t appear in the taskbar. Drivers downloaded and installed and Windows says they’re working but no display visible in control panel.
Computer is a new Dell insperion 2305 all-in-one. AMD X4 CPU and ATI graphics.

Thanks for posting here! I’m sorry to know that you are having trouble getting one of our adapters to work. I apologize for the frustration caused.
Could you connect the adapter to the system, run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli… ) and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com as an attachment along with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?
This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze the .zip, we can figure out the quickest steps to resolve the issue.
