usb 3.0 adapter doesnt work

hooking up my vga projector and my computer doesnt recognize the connection i guess.

Thanks for posting your question here, we’d be glad to help! Let’s start with a few things to help us narrow down the issue:

  1. What’s the make and model of the display you’re trying to connect to the VGA adapter?
  2. Are you connecting the adapter to a USB 3.0 or 2.0 port on your computer?
  3. It would be very helpful to capture the DisplayLink logging file and send that to us, it includes detailed information on how your system is setup. Step by step instructions can be found here:
