USB 2.0 Sharing Switch has swapped inputs

My USB 2.0 Sharing Switch, has swapped the inputs. When A is selected, device B is actually the one connected to the output and vice versa. It just started doing this. Any ideas?

Took it apart and found the problem. The button operates two switches, presumably one to change the input and one to switch the light. They should either be both up or both down but one was up and one was down. I set them the same and the problem is fixed.
