USB 2.0 not working with macbook air

Hello Jem,

Please perform the following steps:

  1. Be sure to have the display adapter disconnected from the computer
  2. Download and run the latest DisplayLink software from our downloads page -> http://www.displaylink.com/support/sl…
  3. Connect display adapter via USB directly to computer and attach display adapter also to your desired monitor extend your display to the second monitor.
