USB 2.0 Microscope stopped working after win10 anniversary update

windows 10, with anniversary update, i can’t use the Plugable USB 2.0 USB Microscope, getting this message in the device manager:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

any ideas?
