USB 2.0 Ethernet adapter driver for Windows Server 2008 R2

#1

Does Plugable USB 2.0 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter work in windows server 2008?

Yes, that should be no problem. What driver have you been unsuccessfully trying to install?

Windows Server 2008 R2 is based on Windows 7. Grab the Windows 7 64-bit driver from this list: http://www.asix.com.tw/download.php?s…

In particular, http://www.asix.com.tw/FrootAttach/dr…

(you’ll need winrar or similar tool to decompress the package).

Please let us know if you have any trouble at all, and if you do what error message Windows is reporting or what device behavior you see.

Thanks for your patience!

I like to use the usb to network adapter for Failover clustering and hyper-v live migration, do you think it will support these advanced windows networking features ?
thanks,
