USB 2.0 Error: cannot be saved in specific location

Mircoscope USB 2.0 was working with no problem. Then stated to report the error: “cannot be saved in the specific location. Please check if you have permission to write to the specific location. An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.” I changed locations for saving photos and reinstalled program twice. Shows same error. Using Windows 10. Any ideas?

On the second reboot the software corrected whatever the problem was. Back to using this microscope which I love.

Interesting issue, sounds like a windows permissions problem.
