USB 2.0 Docking Station - Screen Problem

Hi,

Having an issue here where the bottom of screen goes black and distorted. Been resetting the USB 2.0 Docking Station manually by unplugging the power cable. Seems to happen every few hours of use though. The laptop is a HP Pavillion M7 running Win7.

Could you connect the Docking Station to the system, run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli…) and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com along with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?

It would give us a better insight as to what is going on and how to resolve it.
