USB 2.0 docking station failure

I have a Plugable USB 2/0 Docking Station that started causing interference with video card , causing desktop to change and monitor to change appearance with some intermittance of signal to monitor.
I purchased it from Amazon.com on 12/15/2011 on their invoice #6969554-2655422. I need a replacement and or credit.
It has been used with Dell lap top running Windows XP Professional.

Sorry for the frustration, I’ll be happy to assist. With just a couple of quick troubleshooting steps, we’ll be able to determine the best way to get you up and running. First, can yoru say if you are connecting the Docking Station to the computer through a hub or directly?

Connect it directly if you are running through a hub, and try changing ports as well.

Then, run the DisplayLink Support Tool and forward the .zip file that it creates over to us at support@plugable.com. Here’s a link with the instructions on how to do that:

Once we get the log files, we’ll be able to figure out our best next steps.
