Hey all,
I have a really strange problem with my adapter and the Liyama ProLite XU82492HSU.
In normal resolution i didnt get any signal, but the monitor shown as connected in the resolution menu.
After change to 1600 x 1200 everything is ok.
And its the only resolution working.
I updated all graphic drivers and change the adapter to another i have.
Hopefully you guys can help me.

Looking more closely into your monitor specifications (https://iiyama.com/gb_en/products/prolite-xub2492hsu-b1/), it supports 1080p on all video input ports, so that shouldn’t be an issue…
Since you mention that you’ve switched to a different adapter, it’s likely that the hardware in the adapter is functioning fine as well…
Based on this information, we may be dealing with a faulty video cable. Do you have a spare known-working VGA, DVI or HDMI cable that you could swap in to see if you still experience the lower resolution issue?
