USB 2.0 10 port hub is sending power back through its connection to my computer

I have the USB 2.0 10 port hub. It is sending power through the USB connection to the computer. My computer’s other USB ports are powered even when the computer is unplugged, unless I also unplug the hub.

Hi George,

Our hub has a diode which prevents that the hub’s USB circuit from powering the motherboard’s USB circuit. Diodes can fail, though.
