Urgent Help Request - I need to get back to work

I have had my UD3900 for awhile, with one monitor plugged into the HDMI port, and another monitor plugged into the DP port with a SVGA adaptor.

I just upgraded my monitors. The new monitors only have a HDMI and a DP port. The monitor plugged into the HDMI works. The monitor plugged into the DP does not.

HELP!
