Unrecognized screen resolution

If I use the screen through the docking station the screen resolution is set to 640X480 without the possibility of modification, I think the device is not recognized.
If I connect the same screen to the PC’s HDMI, the screen works perfectly.
The problem happens to me with two different screens on the same PC.
Do you have suggestions?

At this point, it would be most helpful if you could give us some details about the exact make and model of the computer you are connecting, as well as the exact make and model of the display you are trying to connect through the docking station.

Hopefully knowing this information will help us to identify what the issue is.

PC is an HP ProBook 455 G8 Notebook PC
Monitor is a Samsung TF35, same problem with a Samsung S24D330

With a lenovo PC monitor works fine

Please keep the dock connected to your system (even though not working) and send the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug to us directly via support@plugable.com with ‘For Ticket 414877’ in the subject line. This will allow us match things up and examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.

Please also include your Amazon Order ID number for the docking station purchase in your direct email. Please do not post the Order ID or the PlugDebug file in our public forum.
