Universal docking with multiple external displays

Is it possible to mix and match the portable dock (Plugable UD-160-A USB 2.0 Universal Docking Station) with the usb video adapter (Plugable UGA-2K-A USB to VGA/DVI/HDMI Adapter for Multiple Monitors up to 2048×1152) to achieve universal docking with multiple external displays?

Thanks for the followup. Next question, can you plug the UGA-2K-A into the Dock, or does it have to be plugged into the laptop directly?

Yes, you can plug the Plugable UGA-2K-A into any of the USB ports on the Plugable Docking Station UD-160-A. That way when you plug just the Plugable Docking Station UD-160-A in your laptop, the system is connected to multiple monitors.
