unclear font on 2nd screen using UGA-2K-A USB 2.0

I just connect the new UGA-2K-A USB 2.0 I purchased from amazon. The 2nd screen is set with the recommanded resolution. However the text is not clear. Wonder how to fix it. I tried different resolutions, it will only make it worse.

Thanks for posting here! I can totally understand the frustration caused by the flickering text on the display connected through the Plugable UGA-2K-A. It is usually seen when ‘Optimize for Video’ has been selected on the DisplayLink Manager.

Disabling the ‘Optimize for Video’ option on the DisplayLink Manager usually resolves the issue. For doing that click on the DisplayLink Manager(it has a blue monitor as an icon) from the System Tray. If ‘Optimize for Video’ is selected, you could de-select it by clicking on the option.

Give it a try and post back to let us know if it helped or not.
