Unable to recognize Plugable

I purchased 2 Units and one keeps dropping its connection to the PC, I believe it has a bad connection cable to the PC… If I jiggle it in a certain position it will connect…

For the benefit of anyone who is interested:

The root cause of the issue was a bad USB port on the upstream PC. Moving the device to a different USB port on the system resolved the issue.
