I follow the steps to connect the BT-Key3XL to my Note 9 phone and the phone seems to find it, but stops and does not go beyond the “Connecting…” part of the process. When I connect the keyboard physically using the USB cable it works. But in bluetooth mode, it just shows in paired devices as connecting.
Edit: never mind I got it working. After searching around, I found out that one has to go into developer mode on the phone, and make sure that all BT modes are enabled. After that, it found it and paired with no issue.
