UGA-HDMI-2S not working for MacBook M2

Hi - I installed displaylink manager but the UGA-HDMI-2S is still not working for MacBook M2. I was hoping it allows the MacBook to connect to my two Dell monitors but neither of them can detect signals, regardless of one HDMI or both are plugged in the dock. Any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear that you are running into issues with your UGA-HDMI-2S, but I would be happy to help diagnose the issue here.

The main issue here is that the UGA-HDMI-2S does not use DisplayLink Manager. Instead, it uses a different software called Silicon Motion InstantView. We have installation instructions for macOS below:
