I just installed my first UGA-3000 adapter. The first thing I noticed is I don’t get the light on the adapter to light up. We’re using USB 2.0 on the machine I’m trying to use this on. If I try another machine with USB 2.0 I get the same result (no light). If I try USB 3 on a newer machine, the light comes on.
The box and literature says this is USB 2.0 compatible, but even after installing the driver and everything I cannot get the UGA-3000 to work through USB 2.0?
