Hi, I’m using the UGA-3000 on an XP 32-bit machine with USB3.
I’m finding that the output breaks up when using 1080i or 720p resolutions. The image is breaks up for a second the settles for about half a second, in a loop. I can successfully use 576i and 480i resolutions though.
Are there known issues with using the UGA-3000 on XP?

There aren’t any known issues, but XP has been out of service for quite some time, and we don’t see too many cases any more of users using XP.
I’d be happy to dig in here and see if I can determine the issue. I’ll follow up directly with further instructions!
