UGA-2K-A send nothing to 3rd monitor

I have installed the least driver but still no signal to the 3rd dispaly.
The monitor is visible in desktop property and the LED on the USB equipment is on. But just no signal.

What’s wrong?

Thanks for posting! I’m sorry to know about the trouble you are having with the display on the external monitor connected through Plugable UGA-2K-A.

Some quick questions to understand the setup and the issue better-:

  1. What is the make and model (or specs) of your system and current version of OS used?

  2. What is the make and model (or specs) of the external monitor connected through the Plugable UGA-2K-A and is it connected via VGA, DVI or HDMI?

  3. What are the make and models (or specs) of the other monitors and how are they connected to the system?

  4. What is the version of DisplayLink drivers installed on the system?

  5. Does the monitor connected through the Plugable UGA-2K-A display the message “No signal” and go to sleep?

Once you post back with this information, we will figure out the next steps.
