UD6950PDH with MacBook Pro M5 chip only identifies 1 monitor

I have connected the UD6950PDH with my new MacBook Pro with M5 chip. I have 2 HP EliteDisplay E231 monitors connected; however, the system only identifies a single monitor.

Some additional information I identified after submitting. When opening Display Link Manager, it appears to show both E231 monitors, however, only a single monitor has visuals, the second one does not display anything.
