UD3900 Unable to Recognize driver on Windows 7 with HP Folio Machine

My UD3900 show up yesterday from Amazon and followed the instructions and installed the correct driver for Windows 7 (version 7.5) but my HP Folio machine can’t recognize the driver. And even though the driver is installed when I check the device manager I have the device listed there as other with an error sign.

Appreciate any help on this.

Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at support@plugable.com.

Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with your setup.
