Using an M1 Mac Mini, OS Ventura, Plugable docking station software 1.8, and allowing it to launch on startup of the Mini. The issue is that it can take anywhere from 5-10 minutes before the secondary monitor begins to show the screen, until then it is black. Once it is showing it works perfectly.
