UD-ULTCDL Windows 10 USB C Connection Issues

Hi, I am having an issue with my USB C connection seeing all the monitors I have hooked up. Currently I have three external monitors connected to the USB-C plugable dock and only on that is hooked up via a USB port is working. The HDMI and DMI connected monitors are not working and have ran various tests and updated all softwares for Win 10 and for the docking station. It appears to be hardware related as I have unplugged each device while watching the USB connections within Device Manager and it stall will continues to show an error connecting up to the docking station. I am going to try another cable from my laptop to the dock to ensure it’s not a cable issue. If not, that leaves only the dock remaining. Any advice on any other troubleshooting left I could do before I buy another dock?

Hello Chris,

Thank you for contacting Plugable support! Sorry to hear about this issue. I’d be more than happy to assist you.

For your current issues, we have a troubleshooting tool that helps us find out what is going on in situations like this. Please plug the dock with your accessories attached to it into your computer, then go to this page and follow the instructions there:

Also, if you can screenshot the problem device for me in the Device Manager, that would be awesome.

Please don’t hesitate to let us know of other questions.

Thanks again for contacting Plugable support and best wishes!
