UD-ULTCDL USB 3 ports no longer working when updating to Mac OS 10.3.3

USB 3.0 no longer works after update to Mac OS 10.13.3 (High Sierra). It was working fine under a previous High Sierra version (not sure if I was at .1 or .2).

Everything was working fine on my MacBook Pro (15" 2017) and the UD-ULTCDL. I had a wired Apple extended keyboard and a couple iPhones plugged into the USB ports on the docking station.

I updated the macOS from an earlier version of High Sierra to 10.13.3 today. After the update, none of the USB ports in the docking station work. (I also have a little plugable brand hub and plugging them into that works fine).

Hello Chad,

Thank you for contacting Plugable support! Sorry to hear about this issue. I’d be more than happy to assist you.

If you haven’t already done so, fully unplug the dock from all devices, power, and USB-C cable to the host computer. Wait about 30-60 seconds, then reconnect the power cable first, USB-C host cable next, and USB devices last. Sometimes a reset in this order can resolve this issue.

Please don’t hesitate to let us know of other questions.

Thanks again for contacting Plugable support and best wishes!
