New out of the box, connected all brand new peripherals and monitors to dock, connected dock to laptop. Had a few issues here and there but now generally working except that all the USB ports do not work. Wired keyboards, wireless dongles, headset, nothing. Have followed all the troubleshooting, unplugging the dock for a few minutes, rebooting with and without the USB-C plugged in. Help, please.
