Hi Plugable Support,

I’ve just bought a UD-ULTC4K dock on Ebay and I’m really looking forward to trying it out. Unfortunately it arrived without the power supply, so for now I can’t do much with it other than admire this nice piece of engineering next to my Mac and my three monitors.

I understand the required adapter is 20V DC / 5A (100W), and I believe the barrel connector is 5.5mm outer diameter. Before I order a replacement, could you please confirm the correct inner diameter (2.1mm vs 2.5mm)?

Once I have that detail I can make sure I buy the right power supply :slight_smile:
