UD-ULTC4K not showing third monitor

I have a UD-ULTC4K connected to my HP Elitebook and three HP monitors.

The docking station WAS working perfect on the three monitors. Then today the lowest HDMI port is not working.

I have unplugged the power to the docking station, rebooted the laptop and the third monitor still does not work. I have swapped the monitors and it is not the monitor it is the docking station’s lowest port.

HELP!

The laptop is a Model HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G9 Notebook PC, running MS Windows 10 Enterprise with a AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U with Radeon Graphics, 2701 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)

I did wish to verify that you are using the USB-C cable that came with the original docking station to connect the computer with the dock using the rear USB-C port.

I believe so, but I cannot say 100%. Again, the setup was working for a couple of weeks, then just stopped.

I tried to remove and reload the driver and now NONE of the monitors are working

Please keep the dock connected to your system (even though not working) and send the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug to us directly via support@plugable.com with ‘For Ticket 405826’ in the subject line. This will allow us match things up and examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.

Please also include your Amazon Order ID number for the docking station purchase in your direct email. Please do not post the Order ID or the PlugDebug file in our public forum.
