UD-ULTC4K and 2019 Macbook Pro 16-inch Issue

I have been successfully running two (2) 27" Spectre 4K monitors through the Displayports to my 2019 Macbook Pro with Ventura 13. I’ve now added a 43" Pioneer 4K monitor to the setup through HDMI and now the system recognizes the 43" monitor through HDMI, but no longer recognizes the 2 27" monitors through the displayports. Also, the ethernet connection is no longer working through the UD-ULTC4K.

I’ve attempted to unplug, reinstall, reboot, etc according to instructions in various other posts and none are working. Could you please provide some guidance?

Thank you as well for the detail you provided and the testing you have performed that is much appreciated. Based on your description of the behavior, our next step is to get some additional information.

Please keep the dock connected to your system (even though not working) and send the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug to us directly via support@plugable.com with ‘For Ticket 396399’ in the subject line. This will allow us match things up and examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.

Please also include your Amazon Order ID number for the docking station purchase in your direct email. Please do not post the Order ID or the PlugDebug file in our public forum.
