Using the UD Cam docking station and a USB Keyboard the keyboard is acting like the keys are sticking.

Just to clarify, are other USB devices working well, but just the keyboard seems to have issues?
Also, connecting the keyboard directly to a USB port on your computer the keyboard works OK?
Pending that information, please power cycle the dock and preform a USB hub reset:
- Disconnect the dock from power and computer and wait for 120 seconds (also disconnect all peripherals from the dock)
- Connect the dock to power only and wait for another 10 seconds
- Connect the dock to computer and test all USB ports with your keyboard
