UD-6950Z+Thinkpad X1 Carbon+Samsung 4k 32inch monitors Sluggish keyboard and mouse problem

Hi my curernt setup is

Thinkpad X1 Carbon gen 7 with i7 and 16GB ram.
Windows 10 Pro
UD-6950Z
Two Samsung 32 inch 4k monitos U32J59x
Display port cables for both the monitors
Logitech Keybord and Mouse

I have recently upgraded my monitors and also bought the UD 6950Z so that i can connect them to my laptop. Now i see a lag when trying to use my keyboard and mouse. This is getting frustrating and i am not able to figure out what is causing this problem.

Can some one please let me know what is the issue here.
