Nothing happens when laptop plugged into UD-3900. UD-3900 has no light indicating there’s even power.

If you’re not seeing the blue light on the front of the dock, that indicates to us that the dock is not receiving power. If you would, please perform the following:
- Ensure that the power adapter is securely fitted into the back of the dock and your wall outlet or power strip
- Ensure that the prong attachment that slides onto the power adapter that insert into the power outlet is securely attached
- Connect the power adapter for the dock to a different power source to see if that makes any difference
Please let me know if you are still unable to see the blue light on the front of the dock and we can take the next steps from there.
